Terms and Conditions of Rental

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pinnacle Luxury Cars. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your rental.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license recognized in the state of rental.
• Provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and deposit.
• Present proof of full-coverage insurance or purchase insurance through Pinnacle Luxury Cars.

3. Rental Period

• The rental period starts at the agreed pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned.
• Late returns are subject to additional charges.
• Early returns do not qualify for a refund.

4. Rental Fees and Payment

• Rental fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup.
• A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon vehicle return, subject to inspection.
• Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and debit cards.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Renters must have full-coverage insurance. Insurance can be purchased through Pinnacle Luxury Cars if needed.
• Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Additional protection plans may be available at an extra cost.

6. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities or racing.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be driven off-road or on unpaved surfaces.
• Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

7. Maintenance and Care

• Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper care of the vehicle.
• Any damage or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.

8. Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.
• Cleaning fees will be charged if the vehicle is returned dirty or with odor.
• A fee may apply for excessive mileage beyond the agreed limit.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Pinnacle Luxury Cars is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
• Pinnacle Luxury Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the rental.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the vehicle is rented.

By proceeding with your rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
