At Pinnacle Luxury Cars, we are committed to providing our clients with an exceptional rental experience. We understand that situations may arise that require cancellations or adjustments to your reservation. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds and returns are applicable.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. In cases of emergencies, please contact our customer support to discuss possible accommodations.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to provide the necessary documentation at the time of vehicle pick-up.
- Early Returns and Unused Rental Time
- No refunds will be issued for vehicles returned earlier than the scheduled return time. The rental fee is calculated based on the reservation period, regardless of actual usage.
- Customers who wish to extend their rental period should contact customer support to make arrangements. Extension fees will apply.
- Vehicle Condition and Return Requirements
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for any damage, excessive dirt, or smoking odors and may be charged additional cleaning or repair fees.
- In the event that a vehicle is returned with damages or excessive wear, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
- Refunds for reservations made through third-party booking platforms must be handled through the respective platform’s refund process.
- Non-Refundable Charges
- Any fees related to damage, cleaning, or extension of rental time are non-refundable.
- Additional services such as delivery, premium upgrades, or chauffeur services are also non-refundable.
